Grapefruit Guava Lemon Ice is the only listing on this device with grapefruit in it, the only one with lemon, and the only one with guava. Orange Fanta Soda is the other name people file under citrus, but the words there describe a soft drink rather than a fruit.
So this is the citrus family on the Bar Pro in its entirety: a three-way blend, two of the three sharp, the guava in the middle, and the whole thing cooled. Nothing on this device sits next to it.
